'Dale Avenue Community Mural' is a mural designed by well known artist Scott "Toobz" Noel. This mural is located on Dale Avenue in South East Roanoke. A paint party of community members was held in order to finish painting the mural featuring the mountain landscape of Virginia's Blue Ridge.
