This piece has bits of hair on top of the head and string to resemble hair on the tail. There is cord wrapped around the neck at two places with cowrie shells for decoration. A bell hangs from the neck and metal rings attach the rope for holding to the neck and tail. when used in ceremonial dances, it would be slung over the shoulder via the rope.
