Based on the famous yellow tram ("bonde") of Santa Teresa, I show tourists travelling in the part of its route which was at that time about to be re-opened, through Largo dos Guimarães in the centre of Santa Teresa. I have deliberately distorted the scale of the sculpted figures on the window-ledges to create ambiguity about whether they are real people.
