Walking down by the river Creuse, I looked up the hill (Aubusson is a very steep town!) and I could see the Sainte Croix Church. The fence delineates the road, and the church shares it’s cross and the rooster weathervane with us. This is the first painting I created for this series. Aubusson is a tapestry town in Central France, in the department of La Creuse.
