Les Sneesby, a Regina artist, works in a variety of mediums, including oil, water-colour, coloured pencil, in, and graphite. His watercolour work integrates a healthy dose of drawing, resulting in detailed paintings with surfaces activated by spontaneous marks ins de the contours of forms, giving the finished product dynamism and stability.

Les is a past member of the Regina Federation of Artists and the Aurora Art Guild. He has exhibited with a team of artists from Saskatoon called the “Group of 6 1/2”; his artwork has been shown in various galleries in Saskatchewan, including Saskatoon’s Mendel Gallery and a solo show at the University of Regina.
