In 1966 Altoon collaborated with the poet Robert Creeley and Gemini Ltd. on an artist’s book called “About Women.” Altoon lived next door to the Gemini workshop founded by master printer Ken Tyler, and the two worked together happily. The resulting portfolio consisted of 10 prints by Altoon interspersed with three poems by Creeley.
