It used to be a place to go and throw in a fishing line, a place to go camp with your best lover, a place of simple beauty and quietude. Then in June of 2019 a strange energy started to take residence there. People would visit briefly but not trespass too long as it caused an uncomfortable ringing in your ears. After a week of this the lake began to bubble and there emerged from the churning waters a fresh and glowing thing with sharp edges.
