A bird of prey can fill the sky with its intention, much like the slow accumulation of a thunderhead in the desert heat. I come to the desert to be humbled; to read the erosion story and to face the dry wind. As I pivot, a city skyline lies is the distance, twinkling and glimmering before me like an imposter. The bird cloud descends bringing with it the time-tested truth of this place.

Mounted in white wood frame (no acrylic)
