Adult Griffon Vulture perched on the small cliff (Krantz) near the dam at Monfrague National Park 25/9/2023.  We had to wait in Plasencia for a couple of days to source and fit a new windscreen for Myfanwy, so it was a great opportunity to get to know the vultures a bit better.  Tried this one in an acrylic raw umber ink with some wash..
