Inspired by the architectural elegance of the Qubba Mubaraka of Syedi Lukmanjee QR and Syedi Khanjee Feer QR in Udaipur, Ummehani Tinwala, emphasizes the beauty of the Rajasthani artistic technique of thikri (mirror mosaic work) used to create the intricate geometric shapes on the ceiling and walls of the Qubba Mubaraka of Syedi Khanjee Feer QR. In thikri art, the artist inlays hand-cut geometric shaped mirrors and arranges the pieces into frescos to render mosaic patterns which are prominent through the Qubba Mubaraka, especially the façade, ceilings and walls. The artist has captured the luminosity of the mirrors and the beauty of Rajasthani traditional arts in her creation as tribute to both Syedi Khanjee Feer QR and to Syedi Lukmanjee QR and their benevolence upon Udaipur.
