AUSTIN DWYER Co-Founder and Senior Fellow

Austin Dwyer was born in Tipperary, Ireland. He is a senior fellow with Pacific Rim institute of Marine Artists. He is also a signature member of The American Society of Marine Artists and a Modern Master with the Mystic Seaport Gallery in Connecticut and a fellow with the PSGNWP.
Austin served on the faculty of The Burnley School of Professional Art and the Art Institute. Besides being a painter is also a published author. His new book “Ships to Remember” was published in the U.K. and is also distributed in the U.S. He is currently working with the USCG on “Revenue Cutters, the first 100 years” and another book…a favorite subject of his, “Tugboats to Remember.”
