Three Rings was created in 2016 by Dee Briggs. Before finding its place at the airport, the sculpture was in New York City. The work was loaned to the Pittsburgh International Airport in 2018 and is currently located at Door #6 on the outside of the Baggage Claim Level of the Landside Terminal.
