This artwork is part of a series about Liminality.
Liminality is a term used to describe the in-between or threshold moments where individuals or groups undergo a period of ambiguity, transformation, and exploration.
This concept is derived from anthropology and refers to a transitional state between two distinct phases or conditions.
I tried to capture the essence of liminality by blurring the boundaries between the known and the unknown, the tangible and the intangible, and the conscious and the unconscious.
The fluid, ambiguous, and in flux graphic elements I use suggest a state of becoming rather than being.
