This painting is a celebration of my deep connection to nature. Walking and hiking are essential to me—I make it a point to spend at least one day a week outdoors. The rhythmic movement of walking, the direct contact with the earth, gradually quiets my mind until I fully tune into my surroundings—the colors, the sounds, the shifting landscapes. It is a grounding and meditative experience, much like my painting process. There, too, a rhythmic flow takes over, leading to a state of complete presence—where time dissolves, words fade, and only the act of painting remains, fully embodied
