Andre Emmerich Gallery, New York

Third generation art dealer André Emmerich began his career as a writer, editor, and publisher. He opened his New York Gallery in 1956 and is best known for his association with color field painters such as Kenneth Noland and Morris Louis, Helen Frankenthaler and Jules Olitski.
