Born in New York City, Suzanna received her BFA from University of the Arts and an MFA from Cranbrook Academy Of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Artist Statement
"Memories. We draw from them and through time they become distorted, exaggerated and faded. With time memories are reshaped, reinterpreted, each reiteration becoming the new truth. I draw, erase, redraw, eliminate, draw again and find the moment when that memory has been reshaped. I work in black & white, erasing and rediscovering. I work in oil paint with bold color and commitment. I build sculptures from these drawings which become physical memories. "
