In this drawing from a live model, a skilled musician practices playing a handmade didgeridoo using a special breathing technique that produces a soothing drone. To mimic the sense of swirling movements within in the music, the artist embellished both the drawing and the frame with curled lines and shapes. In this drawing, the artist used a soft Terracotta colored conte' crayon on acid-free Strathmore paper for lasting impressions. The drawing mounts in an 22" tall by 18" wide wood frame wired and ready to hang in your home or office.
One of a series of award-winning drawings of the human form by Pat Cross.
