Being Commissioned for this Smithsonian Registry Backyard was an honor. The collector is a fan of my unique style. They wanted to see my interpretation of their masterpiece with my art. The heavy texture paint and fun floral colors created a mini version of their award winning grounds. I think we accomplished our goals. This is one of my all time favorite pieces.
