This piece has an unexpected ghost background with a play of white-on-white (matte and gloss) squares that contrast with the more obvious, and colorful circular shapes. My inspiration for this painting comes from my childhood when the TV channels signed off at night - when life was less connected, less busy, and we had forced time off electronics.
