Working closely with the Historic Waverly Community, artist Keith Tolen produced the concept for The WAV. The mural is installed on a prominent corner of the Historic Waverly Community on the building currently housing the Free Times and Post and Courier offices. The mural depicts a wave of water flowing through large faces and through the Waverly community. Figures work together lifting the community in shared support. The mural features distinctive elements that represent the Historic Waverly Community.
