State of Mind was designed and created by local artist, Christine Lutfy. It is a butterfly mural located in the Interactive Art Park in West Columbia so anyone can walk up to it & pose in front of it. West Columbia wanted to incorporate a mural that was interactive to bring the community together and get people outside. This mural is a fun and whimsical way to represent the City of West Columbia & the State of South Carolina.
