Christmas is a sad time for many people because loved ones are no longer with them. I say, remember the good times, and then create new memories.
“Christmas After You Left” is an art quilt that measure 38 x45 inches. It is made from batik reds and greens. Because the quilt is a little darker in tone than most Christmas quilts, it made me think of my collectors who may be going through their first Christmas after losing a loved one. That is why I named it “Christmas After You Left.”
There is a hanging sleeve on the back of the quilt and a label that documents the quilt. It is machine quilted in a cross hatch pattern. I signed the front of the quilt.
