'Love at First Sight' is what I call this little piece, after posting it on Facebook and getting feedback from my Facebook friends. There are several meanings attached to the Pink Carnation. I read them all...this meaning kept coming back to me. I am a romantic, and truly believe in 'Love at First Sight'. I chose to paint flowers in their environment, this one resting on Iris leaves.
