I couldn't just walk on by! The pretty yellow flower and a daughter flower just spoke to me. And yes, I was going to paint 3 images from the Ogden Botanical Gardens but only this one was entered into the contest. I'm learning to let go of the allowed entries concept, and focus on getting one good one done. It worked! I received honorable mention. Yay!
