Plein air for the UBVA competition (Uintah Basin Visual Arts) I always learn a lot when I paint on location...I painted in bright sunlight, and when it was displayed it was hardly noticeable because my colors were too dark, the painting needed lit. So I brought it home and lightened everything. It still needs displayed with gallery lighting, then it is gorgeous!
