This painting is inspired by the lovely streets in Carmel, California. I love wandering up and down these streets admiring the beautiful homes in this quaint little town I call home to my art studio. Did you know that in Carmel by the Sea there are no street addresses? Everyone gets their mail at the post office in the center of town and the homes all have names to identify them. It’s a wonderful community that I’m blessed to be a part of.
