This is a standing cloth doll in shades of lavender and green centered around a vintage chenille yarn wide border trim. Cotton fabric body, wool stuffing. Features created with acrylic paint, pigma pen, Prisma color pencils. Lips, eyebrows, lids, flair of nostrils hand stitched with Gutterman’s and Sulky thread. Highlight and shadow create depth. The blouse is made of deep lavender cotton fabric with a tiny dot design. Apron front, a vintage hanky, lace and diamond shaped cotton fabric. Hair is two colors of brown and pale tan fine mohair yarn, sewn into a sculptural styling on the side of her face. Shoes are made with cotton fabric and a lace detail. She holds a wool blended felt thistle in her hand. The felt turban has felt purple and lavender flowers.
