Bernard Always Dressed to the Nines

Bernard may live in his own steampunk world, but he still dressed to the nines. He has a wire armature with a cloth torso and cloth-covered sculpted PaperClay limbs and head. His clothes are original, down to his leather gloves, boots and top hat. His backpack, which is made of found objects and PaperClay, supplies the energy to run his singular light tube. His pipe is sculpted as well. He stands on a base that is layered with time elements and old writings.
