The White Fence is a 27.5 x 37 inch reproduction print located at the Norfolk Veterans' Residential Facility in the B section general seating area near the laundry room #B110. This image depicts a fall scene with the viewer standing on the pathway looking down the path with a white fence on the right side of the pathway.

Byram was born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He achieved his BFA from the University of Indiana in 1976. After which he co-founded the Indiana University Art Museum.
