Artist: Benjamin Victor x
The Victor is a 96 x 60 inch bronze sculpture located at Peru State College outside of the Oakbowl Stadium. This sculpture is of a man holding a ball in the crook of his right arm, looking out above the viewer like he is watching his victory point go onto the score board.
Victor was born in Taft CA on January 16th, 1979 and grew up in Bakersfield CA. He currently lives and works in Boise Idaho. He is the only artist to have three sculptures in the National Statuary Hall in Washington D.C. Victor studied sculpture and art at Northern State University in Aberdeen SD.
