The mural, located at the Eastern Nebraska Veterans' Home in Bellevue, NE, contains portraits of many of the residents of the Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home. The portrait sittings were times for the residents to share their stories, and the artists to express our gratitude. The intention was to honor all the people who have and will live here. The tree with a yellow ribbon around it is a traditional a symbol of our appreciation for their service.
