Selma's is an ice cream parlor in Afton, MN. When my children were little, we would ride our bikes downhill along the bike trail to get ice cream cones at Selma's. They could make it down just fine, anticipating the ice cream. But making it back home was uphill and there was no ice cream waiting for them because they had just eaten it. Good memories!
