I worked in this building as a law librarian from 1986 to 1996. Entering the building around noon one day in 1992 I was dazzled by the reflections on the glass and snapped a photo because I happened to have my camera with me. I kept the photograph around because I thought that one day I would want to paint it. So in 2020 I painted it specifically for a show titled "Reflections" at the ARC Gallery in San Francisco. The piece was accepted, but the show was only online...COVID.
