Solomon Muchemi is a Nairobi-based full-time artist, whose artworks depicts the everyday life of Kenyans - both urban and rural motives.

He is self-taught as a painter, and has experimented with layers, textures and colours to create his unique style. He has taken part in several group- and solo exhibitions, including his most recent duo exhibition at Village Market in Nairobi, held together with another established artist, Steve Lance.
