Resulting from a residency at Tweed Regional Gallery, this view of Wollumbin was painted from life over 20 days. The panoramic view was divided into 20 sections and a single section painted during each daily session at different times of day - hence the changing weather conditions, light and shadows create a slightly surreal depiction whilst retaining the overall view over the Tweed Valley to an iconic northern NSW landmark.
