This work was attributed to Lester George Hornby by the person I purchased it from stating "dated in artist's hand lower right." There is no signature but it is a drawing of homes and rooftops presumably in Paris given the notation in the lower-right hand corner of the image. He was in/around Paris in 1914 given his artwork.

Lester George Hornby (American, 1882-1956). Lester G. Hornby was a highly esteemed American painter and printmaker during the early decades of the 20th century. Like many of his fellow artists he traveled in Europe producing etchings in France and Spain. Lester George Hornby was born in Massachusetts and received his early training in fine arts at the Rhode Island School of Design and The Art Students League in New York.
