At 13 years of age, I was illuminated by finding the window of art, and inside that window was infinite space. A world had opened that I finally fit into through my art.
My strength is found in the Chicano culture. The visual stories uplift community spirit offering a window of hope. The viewer gaines a natural supportive element, exercizing their minds to see new opportunities, which generate excitement and motivation, giving strength to the whole community, through delicately interwoven images.
