Collectors Choice is a beloved annual event supported by local artists, collectors and art enthusiasts as it raises funds with an evening of original artwork, suspenseful fun and the luck of the draw. As each Collectors Choice ticket holder is randomly selected, the lucky person acquires one piece of original artwork (valued at $250 or more) of his or her choice. Tickets are limited to the number of artworks available. All proceeds support the mission and programs of the St. Louis Artists’ Guild.
This year’s Collectors Choice goes virtual as the safety of guests, volunteers and staff is a top priority. The event streams live in real time on YouTube the evening Nov 7. The Wait Room will open at 6 p.m. and selection of names begins at 7 p.m. The marvelous artwork can be viewed both at stlouisartistsguild.org and in the gallery from October 24 until November 7 so guests can preview and list their preferred pieces in advance.
