Lovely, mid century gouache painting, by artist Thelma Corbin Moody (1908-1986) of Modesto, CA. This piece is unsigned and came from a large portfolio of her work, c. 1950's. Original painting of a store that advertises selling Meat and Ice, done on Arches paper, unframed piece measures 22 1/4" x 15".
