Lovely, mid century gouache painting, by artist Thelma Corbin Moody (1908-1986) of Modesto, CA. This piece is signed Thelma H. Corbin in paint on lower right, Modesto, Ca, and came from a large portfolio of her work. Original painting of a farmhouse on up a dirt road done on Arches paper, unframed piece measures 22 1/4" x 15". Entitled,"Farmhouse" on back of piece.
