This is a signed and nicely framed vintage reproduction of "Logging in Mendocino, 1870". We are not certain of the commercial process used to replicate this print but have been told that the artist may have had this popular local image reproduced by the local newspaper so she could offer the image at a lower price to the common person. We are referring to this class of work as being a Vintage Reproduction because it was reproduced circa 1960's by the artist herself. This is not an original hand pulled print. The reproduction of this print measures 11" x 53" while the original hand pulled print measures 15" x 58".
