Self portrait. The optical effects the process creates, where the undulating squares generate motion, also suggest a play with perception. This reflects how I see life’s experiences as constantly shifting, never static. I am creating pieces that invite the viewer to not just observe but to actively engage with the changing nature of reality, much like how I have navigated a nomadic lifestyle and other changes in my personal life.
