I was fortunate enough to run into this incredible older lady in my neighborhood ( North Hollywood ) who for a few hours and ONLY on Saturday and ( love it ) with a BUBBLE MACHINE promotes a second hand thrift store. This lady TOTALLY artistically inspired me. So after explaining I was an artist/painter I asked if she minded if I photographed her for a future painting. She was gracious enough to oblige, but asked if I could be kind in the representation. I kept this in mind while working on the piece over the weekend and decided to imagine her 50 years ago. I think we all would appreciate the same. Here is the result.
