This full-face fiberglass and acrylic painted mask is based on the guardian statues found at Buddhist temples throughout Japan. It has a combination of human, animal, and demon facial features, including painted brown fur, sizeable round eyes, big pointed ears, a growling mouth with pointed teeth, and stylized circular hair painted on the chin.
