Full face mask used in performances by Arizona's dance and theater companies . At the center of its forehead is a round metal charm. Above it is a blue gem. The eyes are outlined in dark blue with a light blue edging and purple flame-like swirls going out from the top and bottom of the eyes. The teeth are outlined in purple and pink, and the chin has a large purple and blue flame-like design matching the forehead.
It is made of plaster bandage and paper clay, painted with acrylic paints and ribbon, which ties the mask to the performer.
