Although Indigo Under Lace has a designated front view, it is meant to be seen from all sides or in the round, allowing the viewer to see the drama of the form unfold. It is an indoor sculpture.

It is concrete troweled over a metal and wire armature, and the tube forms are filled and coated with concrete. The center section is hollow and weighs approximately 40 lbs. The surrounding tube structure has some flexibility and weighs approximately 100 lbs.
