New World series paintings are related to Dvorak’s Symphony 'From the New World' No.9. Several theme's from nature - landscape, waves, sunrise, minerals - were painted in a proces of abstraction, through various sketches leading to oil on canvas paintings. The paintings 'Dancer' and 'The Dream' are related to the New World series.
