- Signature: Signed in paint on the front of the painting. I use a symbol utilizing a triangle and three dots on top of it. I've used the triangle for many years. I learned about the three dots from visiting the Nicholas Roerich Museum. There are spiritual meanings behind them. I also use my birth last name of Rush after the symbol.

The simplicity of a tree inside a circle intrigued me. The limited colors add to the feeling of peace and harmony.
I created this painting using the soak stain technique developed by Helen Frankenthaler. I've been enthralled with this technique and practicing it since the beginning of 2021.
