The painting began as a landscape painting from the view out my window. It soon morphed into an abstract version of the scene with symbols.

It grows more mysterious every day. I have it sitting on the floor now, which makes it all the more enchanting to me. I feel like I can walk right into it. Is this a woman sleeping in nature resting her head on a mountain. Is she sleeping and dreaming of a stairway to heaven? What's going on in this painting? Is the pinky salmon part of her body, perhaps a zipper? Or is it a river? So many questions arise as I stare at it. What are your ideas of what's going on here? 🎨
