Shallow Water

This painting was done from a photo I took somewhere in North Georgia. I am always stopping to take photos of creeks with rocks. It is the kind of creek that I would have had lots of fun as a child walking in and picking up the rocks, especially any shiny ones! Memories are so important, and I think that paintings can bring back memories of things we enjoyed. I believe it is why many purchase a painting. I hope you can feel like you are there in nature with this creek.
